When Can You Use a Loan Modification to Help Your Client?

 

If your client qualifies for traditional- loan refinancing, they may not be the best candidate for a loan modification.  However, like most people in our current credit crunch, refinancing is not an option.  If you have clients with  adjustable mortgages, or high fixed- rate mortgages, and they are facing a hardship, they may be the perfect candidate.   Borrowers who have been placed into adjustable mortgages or subprime loans in the past, have nowhere to turn when it comes to refinancing.  We will help train you to understand loan modifications, and will take care of the mitigation and negotiations with the lenders. 

                             

 

Does your client fit the following categories?

  • Do they have poor credit?
